Reformer Pilates

Utilizing the Reformer Machine, these classes emphasize body awareness, help improve core strength and body control. Additional reps, props, and cardio and stability exercises are layered over essential exercises.

Mat Pilates

In this class, you will learn the basic principles, the essential repertoire, and how to engage and stabilize your core and other muscles. There will also be a focus on core strength and control while increasing the difficulty of mat repertoire with additional reps, intensified form, and the utilization of props and weights.

Balance Class

This class is perfect for those looking to improve their balance, strengthen their core, and improve their coordination. Offering both Intermediate and Advanced options!
