Timothy Wiater PT, DPT, OCS, MBA 

Clinical Director, Physical Therapist

Timothy received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Miami University. He attended Wayne State University where he received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2009. Tim then completed a Masters in Business Administration degree at Oakland University in 2010. He went on to receive his certification as an orthopaedic clinical specialist (OCS) by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. He has completed many Stott Pilates Instructor Training courses including: Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair & Barrels. Tim strongly believes in the integration of Pilates in rehabilitation for restoration of pain-free movement and long-term success of his patients. He is currently completing course work for a Certification in Functional Manual Medicine (CFMM) through Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Tim and his wife Jen opened Michigan Orthopaedic Rehabilitation & Michigan Hand Therapy in 2012. They have four children and enjoy spending all of their free time with their family.
