Megan Fuller
Megan trained at Equilibrium studio in Bloomfield Hills to become a Stott certified Pilates instructor. Upon completing the program she worked and studied under the direction of Brenda Freeman at Detroit Pilates, adding a classical layer to her Stott repertoire. Over the last three years she has been instructing in Rochester at East Street Pilates and in West Bloomfield at Red Spring Pilates. Megan received her bachelor of fine arts from Wayne State University and it is there that she first learned about Pilates in a movement class. The class focused on body control and utilized the regimen to sustain it. Being exposed to Pilates gave Megan a deeper appreciation for physical aptitude and through studying, teaching and practicing Pilates she has a newfound respect for the process; always reminding her clients as well as herself that Pilates is a journey and not a destination. Megan’s teaching style is both receptive and challenging as she guides you through your own journey.
