Level 3 Apprentice Instructor

Evie Gaines is an Level 3 Apprentice currently pursuing her STOTT Pilates certification in mat, reformer, cadillac, chair and barrels. She is a graduate of Wayne State University with a BFA in Dance and a BA in Public Relations. With her dance background, her classes carry a focus on proper technique and movement pathways. She is passionate about creating a warm environment in her classes and working closely with clients to find what works best for their individual minds and bodies. She believes movement is key to living a joyful and healthy life and sees pilates as a great avenue to achieve that.
